About this template
Most people take meeting notes in a new blank page every time, and every time they invent the structure again while someone is already talking. This is one notebook where the structure is already there.
Twenty six meetings come with a ready agenda, in five groups:
- Team. General meeting, Quick sync, Manager weekly, Deep dive, Brainstorm, Health check-in.
- 1:1s. With your manager, With a direct report, With a peer, Skip level, Career growth, Goal setting, Course correction, Wellbeing.
- Hiring. Kickoff, Interview notes, Panel debrief, Offer decision.
- Growth. Quarterly review, Improvement plan, 360 feedback.
- Leadership. Board notes, Weekly ops review, Department roundtable, Offsite planner, Launch readiness.
You copy the page, run the meeting from it, and leave it where it is. Next week you copy the same page again. General meeting is the default if you are not sure which one you are in.
Decisions get written down while everyone is still in the room, in a log that stays readable a year later. Actions get tagged as they are agreed, and one click on Find Tags pulls every open action across the notebook into a single pane. Re-run it at your weekly review and the picture is current.
There is a This week page for the near horizon, an Actions and a Decisions roll-up, a tag system, and a six page sticker set so a page you have changed still matches the rest.
What this does not do
It does not remind you, because OneNote has no reminders. It does not roll last week forward on its own. It does not report or count anything. Find Tags is a query you re-run, not a screen that keeps itself current. Everything here is built on what OneNote genuinely does well: tags, search that works, offline access, and sync to every device you own.
The notebook package installs in OneNote for Windows. Once it is installed and saved to OneDrive it opens and syncs on Mac, iPad, Android, phone and the web, but it cannot be installed from an iPad or a Mac on its own. One purchase, no subscription.
OneNote templates land as a ready-made notebook. Every section, every page, every hyperlink already built. Import once, then it syncs everywhere OneNote runs: Windows, Mac, web, and mobile.
