Every Templacity template ships under the same standard licence. If what you want to do isn’t covered here, write us and we’ll figure it out — usually in a single email.
Standard licence (included)
- Use on all devices you personally own
- Use inside one business you own or run
- Print as many copies as you like
- Edit the template contents for your own use
- Free lifetime updates for that template
Extended licence (on request)
- Multi-property hospitality use (2+ short-term rentals)
- Distributing customised versions to clients
- Bundling inside a paid course or membership
- Internal use across a team larger than ten
Extended licences are priced case by case, usually a flat one-time addition on top of the template. Write to hello@templacity.com with a one-line description and we’ll quote.
What’s never allowed
- Reselling the files as your own product
- Uploading them to a free or paid marketplace
- Claiming authorship of the design
- Distributing as part of a “bundle” you didn’t ask us about
