About this template

The Boox Note Max Weekly Planner is for people who plan a week at a time and want each day’s row as wide as the Note Max can make it. Every week of 2026 and 2027 is dated, each year with a Monday or Sunday start.

Ten pages a week

  • Weekly calendar: three boxes for the week’s goals and a dotted row for each day.
  • Weekly memo: a larger grid for mapping ideas and breaking a goal into steps.
  • Assessment: rate each day, then what went well, what you learned and what you are leaving behind.
  • Seven day memos: a dot-grid page behind every day, one tap from its row on the calendar.

Four quarter pages at the front link to every week, and the annual and month calendars sit at the back. 554 linked pages per year.

On the Note Max

The Note Max’s 13.3-inch screen is 3:4, so the page scales up evenly to fill it with no borders; Boox describes the screen as A4-sized. It is a monochrome Carta 1300 screen, so the blue accent shows as grey, and the extra size goes to writing room. Send it with BooxDrop at push.boox.com or over USB and open it in NeoReader, the built-in PDF reader, where every tab and link works. A Quick Start guide for Boox comes in the download. Want a full page for each day? That is the Note Max Daily Planner.

On a Palma it letterboxes: the phone-shaped screen shows the page across its width with bands above and below, so pick a 3:4 Boox for this one.

Tuned for Boox

Boox tablets handle PDFs differently from other e-ink readers. These templates use Boox Notes layers so you can write over the structure without losing the original, and the file is sized for NeoReader’s native zoom.

№ · Questions

Common questions.

Is it dated?
Yes. Every week of 2026 and of 2027 is dated, each year in its own file, with weeks starting Monday or Sunday. Nothing to buy again in January.
Which Boox does it fit?
Any Boox with a 3:4 screen, which is nearly all of them: the 10.3-inch Note Air and Go 10.3 models, the Tab Ultra C, the 13.3-inch Note Max and Tab X, and the 7-inch Go 7 and Go Color 7, where it scales down. This listing is named for the Note Max, whose 13.3-inch monochrome screen shows the page at its largest. The Palma, Palma 2 and Palma 2 Pro are the exception: their screens are phone-shaped, twice as tall as they are wide, so the page shows across the width with empty bands above and below, using about two thirds of the screen.
What is in the download?
Four PDFs: 2026 and 2027, each with weeks starting Monday or Sunday, plus a Quick Start guide for Boox. Each planner is 554 pages, with a blue accent.
Should I get the Daily or the Weekly?
The Daily gives every day its own hourly page and is built around yearly and quarterly goals. The Weekly shows the whole week on one page with a memo page behind each day. If your days are full of appointments, Daily; if you plan by the week, Weekly.
How do I get it onto my Boox, and which app opens it?
Download it from your Templacity account, then send it with BooxDrop at push.boox.com, copy it over USB, or sync it with a cloud app you already use. Open it in NeoReader, the built-in PDF reader, where the links work. A buyer also confirmed the links work in the Boox Notes app on a Note Air5 C on firmware 4.2.1: find the file in Storage, long-press, then Open With and Notes App.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. You pay once and keep the files, with no subscription. They appear in your Templacity account as soon as payment clears, and we email a backup link.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, but if you have any problem with the file itself, email us and we'll make it right.
