The Boox Note Max Daily Planner is for people who plan by the hour on the big Note Max and want the extra screen spent on writing room for every hour. Every day of 2026 and 2027 is in the download, each year with a Monday or Sunday start.
Three pages a day
- Overview: the date, three boxes for the day’s goals, and an hourly schedule from 5am to midnight with a tick box on every hour.
- Mindbox: a blank page for notes, lists and anything that does not fit an hour.
- Assessment: one question to close the day, what made you grateful, with room to answer.
Above the days sits the longer view: a vision board for personal, relationship, spiritual and career goals, then every quarter, month and week with an overview, a priority matrix (do now, schedule, delegate, for later) and a review page. 1,330 linked pages per year.
On the Note Max
The Note Max’s 13.3-inch screen is 3:4, so the page scales up evenly to fill it with no borders; Boox describes the screen as A4-sized. It is a monochrome Carta 1300 screen, so the blue accent shows as grey, and the extra size goes to writing room. Send it with BooxDrop at push.boox.com or over USB and open it in NeoReader, the built-in PDF reader, where every tab and link works. A Quick Start guide for Boox comes in the download. Prefer a week at a glance? The Note Max Weekly Planner is the same system a week to a page.
On a Palma it letterboxes: the phone-shaped screen shows the page across its width with bands above and below, so pick a 3:4 Boox for this one.
