Most cleaning planners assume you already started.
The stall is not laziness and it is not a scheduling problem, so a prettier weekly chart does not touch it. It is the first step, and this book is built around that single page: one line, a timer, and a written note of what counts as done, filled in before you stand up. The box holds one thing on purpose, and there is nowhere to add a second.
Everything after it ends somewhere definite rather than trailing into a list that never empties. The daily reset prints its own steps so there is nothing to decide, a room card is finished when the card is finished, and the ladder breaks one job that feels impossible into rungs you can stop between. What makes this different from a normal cleaning schedule?
A schedule tells you what to do on Tuesday, which is only useful if starting is easy. This is built around the first step instead: one page that holds a single line, a timer, and what counts as done, so the decision is made before you stand up. The weekly rhythm is in here too, sorted by energy rather than by day.
Is it dated?
No, and it never will be. There is no calendar in this book, so there is nothing to expire in January. It starts on whatever day you open it and you can reuse it for years.

What is the ladder for?

How do I follow the links on my tablet?
On a reMarkable, tap with a fingertip: the Marker draws rather than navigates, so a tab touched with the pen leaves a mark instead of turning the page. In Goodnotes on iPad, tap the link, and if it draws a stroke instead, switch to Read Only Mode or press and hold the link and choose Open Link. On a Kindle Scribe, Boox or Supernote the file opens as a PDF document with its links working.
Will it show up in my tablet's Templates menu?
No, and no bought file can on these tablets: reMarkable does not support custom templates, the Kindle Scribe's Templates list is closed to files you add, and Supernote's MyStyle templates are single PNG backgrounds. It opens as a hyperlinked PDF document instead, which is what keeps the links working. On a Kindle Scribe, send it with Send to Kindle: Amazon says the Scribe cannot write on PDF pages loaded over USB-C.
