printables · dated school years
Two school years, planned on paper.
The school year at a glance, terms and breaks, a page per student, then every month: a month grid, attendance with days and hours, and every school week dated with each child's lessons. August to July, 2026-27 and 2027-28. Letter, A4 and A5, in three designs.

Instant download. Both school years, all three designs, three inks and both week starts, kept in your account.
Three of the 89, from the Editorial design: the school year, a month of attendance, a dated week of lessons.
what is in the planner
A school year that already agrees with itself.
The year page sets the calendar, the terms page counts the school days, and every month hands down to its attendance page and its dated weeks. Up to five students share every page, and no subject is printed, so it fits your children and your curriculum. Page two of every file says how the pages fit together.

true to size
Three papers, three drawings.
Letter, A4 and A5 are different sheets, so every page is laid out for each one, never scaled from a master. Both long edges stay clear, so the pages punch for a three-ring binder, a two- or four-hole A4 binder, an A5 six-ring or a disc system.
- Letter 8.5 × 11 in, the US drawer
- A4 210 × 297 mm, everywhere else
- A5 148 × 210 mm, ring binders and discs
the ink bill
A school year that spares the cartridge.
A homeschool year is a lot of paper, so these pages are hairlines, text and open space, with an accent only on the small marks. Across the 89 pages, ink covers one to two and a half percent of the sheet, depending on the design.
Share of each sheet covered by ink, averaged over the 89 Letter pages of each design in black ink, measured from the files. Bars run to 10%.
from file to binder
Three steps, one school year.

Print a month at a time
Print at 100%, never fit to page. The year, terms and student pages once; each month's grid, attendance and weeks as it comes.
Punch, bind, teach
Binder, discs or a clip on the kitchen table. Keep the attendance pages: the year summary totals them for your records.
asked, answered
Before you plan the first term.
Which school years are included?
Two, August to July: 2026-27 and 2027-28, every week dated. Start this year and the next one is already in your account.
How many children does it hold?
Up to five students on every shared page, and a page for each of them at the front. No subject is printed anywhere, so you write in your own.
Monday or Sunday week?
Both are included. The Monday edition runs each school week Monday to Friday; the Sunday edition runs it Sunday to Friday.
How is it different from the free homeschool pages?
The free pages are five undated sheets: weekly lessons, a term plan, a reading log, a morning basket and nature study. The planner is the dated school year around them: the year and terms, a month grid, attendance and dated weeks for every month, plus field trips, work samples, a progress report and the year summary.
