Built for the week you miss.
Most journals stop somewhere between week two and week six, and rarely for lack of things to say. A blank page asks for a full entry every night, and a missed night makes the next one harder to start. So every month opens with one line a day, the page for the nights a full entry is beyond you, and the easiest way back in.
The day page is there for the nights you have more: a mood dial, an hour ribbon, small joys and room to write, with every part optional. The month closes on four questions and three intentions, and the year closes on a page of its own in December, so the book ends rather than just running out.

Things you’ll want to know.
Is it dated?
Yes, with real dates: every day has its own page, February has 28, and each mood month starts on its real weekday. The 2026 and 2027 editions are both in the download, so a journal started this autumn carries straight on in January.
Do I have to write a full page every day?
No, and the book is built so you do not. One line a day, the mood square and the month review each take a minute, and every part of the day page is optional. A week of single lines is still a week kept.
Will this work on my device?
Yes. It is a hyperlinked PDF sized to the writing surface, and it works across reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox, Supernote and Goodnotes on iPad, 19 models in all. Pick your device above to see it on yours.
How do I find a page in 464?
A tab bar runs across the top of every page, the year page reaches any month in one tap, and every day links to yesterday and tomorrow. No page is more than three taps from any other.
What languages are available?
Six: English, Deutsch (German), Español (Spanish), Français (French), Nederlands (Dutch) and 中文 (Chinese). Choose yours with the language selector above and the PDF you receive is written in it. Same file, same price, in every language.
Is this a one-time purchase?

How do I follow the links on my tablet?
On a reMarkable, tap with a fingertip: the Marker draws rather than navigates, so a tab touched with the pen leaves a mark instead of turning the page. In Goodnotes on iPad, tap the link, and if it draws a stroke instead, switch to Read Only Mode or press and hold the link and choose Open Link. On a Kindle Scribe, Boox or Supernote the file opens as a PDF document with its links working.
Will it show up in my tablet's Templates menu?
No, and no bought file can on these tablets: reMarkable does not support custom templates, the Kindle Scribe's Templates list is closed to files you add, and Supernote's MyStyle templates are single PNG backgrounds. It opens as a hyperlinked PDF document instead, which is what keeps the links working. On a Kindle Scribe, send it with Send to Kindle: Amazon says the Scribe cannot write on PDF pages loaded over USB-C.
