What is in it

Four tabs, one of them for typing.

  • Sign-In. Forty rows: name, phone, email, whether they are working with an agent, when they are buying, financing, how they heard, and how they want to be reached. Prints as one landscape page on Letter or A4, from File, Print.
  • Your columns, not printed. Priority (hot, warm, later, has an agent, do not contact), a followed-up tick and notes, beside the sheet and off the paper.
  • Follow-Up. Counts the Sign-In tab for you: who came, who is hot, and the date to follow up by, 48 hours after the open house.
  • Settings. The address, date, hours, your name and brokerage, typed once; they head the printed page. Start Here walks you through it.

It comes with twelve example visitors so you can see it working; clear them before your first open house. A visitor who already has an agent is that agent’s to follow up, so check your brokerage and local rules for the rest.
