A record you can hand over, not recall.
Symptoms are hard to describe from memory. This book records them as they happen: what you ate and drank and when, each symptom with its strength and how long it lasted, stool type on the 1 to 7 reference, stress and sleep. Twelve weeks of that is a record you can show rather than reconstruct.
You set your own symptom scale on the first page, so a 6 means the same thing in week ten as in week one. Trying a food again gets a log that follows it over three days, and the questions page collects what you want to ask before you forget it in the room.

No. It is a record, not a diagnosis or a diet. It keeps what you ate and how you felt side by side, so you and your doctor can look at the pattern together.
Will this work on my device?

Is it medical advice?
No. It is a place to write things down, and the book says so on its start page. Questions about your symptoms belong with your doctor, and the last pages are there to collect them.
Which devices does it work on?

Can I print it?
Yes. The printable edition comes in Letter, A4 and A5, in three designs and three ink colours, so you can bring the paper pages to the appointment.

Do I tap the links with the pen or a finger?
A fingertip. Tabs, index rows and page links are followed by tapping them, and on a reMarkable the Marker draws rather than navigates, so a tab tapped with the pen leaves a mark on the page instead of turning it. Tap with a finger and it works every time.
Will it show up under Templates on my Scribe?
No, and no bought planner can: the Templates list on a Kindle Scribe is closed to files you add yourself, on every model. Yours arrives as a hyperlinked PDF and lives in your Library beside your books and documents, which is where you open it and write on it. Send it across with Send to Kindle so the links and the colour survive, and keep your download as the master: the Scribe cannot duplicate PDF pages on the device, so when you want a clean one you send a renamed copy over again.
