Three of the 153, from the Editorial design: the cover, a month of one line a day, a daily page from the month refill.
what is in the journal
A year that keeps itself.
Each month opens with three intentions, keeps one line a day with a mood and a keep column, and closes with a review. A prompt a week, all fifty-two new. The lists, letters and memories wait at the back for whenever something is worth keeping. The contents page gives every section's page numbers, so one section is easy to print again.

The Printable Journal
true to size
Three papers, three drawings.
Letter, A4 and A5 are different sheets, so every page is laid out for each one, never scaled from a master. Both long edges stay clear, so the pages punch for a three-ring binder, a two- or four-hole A4 binder, an A5 six-ring or a disc system. The cover slides into a binder's clear front sleeve.
- Letter 8.5 × 11 in, the US drawer
- A4 210 × 297 mm, everywhere else
- A5 148 × 210 mm, ring binders and discs
the ink bill
A year of writing that spares the cartridge.
The pages are hairlines, text and open space, with an accent only on the small marks if you pick one. Across the 114 pages of the book, ink covers one to two percent of the sheet, depending on the design.
Share of each sheet covered by ink, averaged over the 114 Letter pages of each design in black ink, measured from the files. Bars run to 10%.
from file to binder
Three steps, then a year of pages.

Print the book, then a refill a month
Print at 100%, never fit to page. The book once; the month refill each month you want a daily page, as many months as you like.
Punch, bind, write
Slide the cover into the binder sleeve and a spine label into the spine. Each section starts on its own divider.
asked, answered
Before the first page.
Is it dated?
No. Every month and day is left blank for you to fill in, so you can start in any month of any year and the book never runs out of date.
What is the month refill?
A second file in the same purchase: a month opener, one line a day, 31 daily pages for mood, energy, sleep, gratitude and a line to remember, a weekly reflection after every seventh, and a monthly review. Print it once a month.
How is it different from the free journal pages?
The free pages are a taste, with twelve prompts. Everything in The Printable Journal is drawn new: fifty-two different prompts, the months, the lists, letters and memory pages, and the month refill. Nothing repeats the free set.
Can I print only part of it?
Yes. The contents page gives each section's page numbers, so one month, the prompts or a list is a page range away in the print dialog. Print pages as often as your year needs.
