A team page where each row opens that person's folder: their card, twelve 1:1 pages with their agenda first, and their review prep. 182 hyperlinked pages, undated, for up to ten direct reports.
- i. Hyperlinked PDF: any page three taps away
- ii. Undated: starts the week you do
- iii. Twelve 1:1 pages for each of up to ten people
- iv. A feedback log and review prep for every person
№ 01 · Why this exists
For the manager with up to ten direct reports.
Most 1:1 notes end up scattered across a notebook, a doc and memory. This book gives each person a folder: who they are, where they want to go, every 1:1 you have had, and the review that draws on all of it.
A filled guide sits at the front, one worked page per section, so you see each page in use before you write in it. It pairs with the Digital Work Planner for your own week.
№ 02 · Inside the planner
Every person, three taps away.
The team page, a person card, a 1:1, the feedback log and review prep. Tap a thumbnail to look closer.
The 1:1
Their agenda first.
Twelve 1:1 pages per person, with their agenda above yours, the wins, what is stuck and the actions you agreed.
Review Prep
Review prep from a year of notes.
Their goals against the evidence, with examples pulled from the feedback log instead of from memory.

№ 99 · Questions
Things you’ll want to know.
Will this work on my device?
Yes. It is a hyperlinked PDF sized to the writing surface, and it works across reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox, Supernote and Goodnotes on iPad, 19 models in all. Pick your device above to see it on yours.
What languages are available?
One: English. Choose yours with the language selector above and the PDF you receive is written in it. Same file, same price, in every language.
Is it dated?
No. The 1:1s and quarters are numbered rather than dated, so it starts whenever you do and never goes out of date.
How many people does it hold?
Up to ten direct reports, each with a person card, twelve 1:1 pages and a review prep page of their own.
What if I meet weekly instead of monthly?
Twelve 1:1 pages a person is a year of monthly 1:1s or a quarter of weekly ones. The pages are numbered, not dated, so either rhythm fits.
How is it different from the Digital Work Planner?
The Digital Work Planner runs your own days and weeks. This book runs your people: their 1:1s, the feedback you gave and the review it adds up to. They are built to sit side by side.
What languages is it in?
English for now.
Is this a one-time purchase?
One-time. You keep the files. No subscription, no renewals.
Do I tap the links with the pen or a finger?
A fingertip. Tabs, index rows and page links are followed by tapping them, and on a reMarkable the Marker draws rather than navigates, so a tab tapped with the pen leaves a mark on the page instead of turning it. Tap with a finger and it works every time.
Will it show up under Templates on my Scribe?
No, and no bought planner can: the Templates list on a Kindle Scribe is closed to files you add yourself, on every model. Yours arrives as a hyperlinked PDF and lives in your Library beside your books and documents, which is where you open it and write on it. Send it across with Send to Kindle so the links and the colour survive, and keep your download as the master: the Scribe cannot duplicate PDF pages on the device, so when you want a clean one you send a renamed copy over again.
