Three good things gets hard by week three.
Most gratitude journals ask the same question every night, and by the third week the answers are the same too. Each of these 365 days carries its own prompt, grouped into twelve chapters, from small things and people to hard days and becoming, so the question changes before the habit goes stale.
The prompt is the start, not the whole page: three good things and a kindness sit under it every day. Each chapter closes on a page that looks back on it, and the back of the book keeps the people you are grateful for, six thank-you letters, a jar of good things kept, and a last page for the year.

Send it across with Send to Kindle so the links and the colour survive, and keep your download as the master: the Scribe cannot duplicate PDF pages on the device, so when you want a clean one you send a renamed copy over again.
