№ 01 · Why this exists

One connected system, not a stack of loose pages.

Most digital planners are a pile of templates you page through. The Planner is one system: a quiet tab bar and a central Index connect every section to every other, so you tap straight to where you are going instead of scrolling to find it.

It is drawn for e-ink, not a glossy monitor. Warm paper tone, hairline grids, pen-weighted rule lines and real room for your pen, exported for the screen you are actually looking at.

№ 02 · Inside the planner

The Day

The page you open first.

A timeline from 6am, a Top Three, tasks and an open notes column. The page the day actually happens on.

The Planner The Day
The Week

The week, at a glance.

Seven day rows with a This Week list and a dot-grid notes panel. The rhythm without losing the day.

The Planner The Week
The Month

The month, mapped.

A full calendar grid with a Monthly Focus and notes. Every cell taps through to its day.

№ 04 · Tuned for the iPad

Drawn for the iPad.

Goodnotes on iPad · Apple Pencil · full colour

The system keeps its 3:4 page shape, which is the iPad screen's shape, so it opens full-bleed in Goodnotes with nothing cropped. Links turn pages in read mode, the Apple Pencil writes in edit mode, and the three cover colourways actually read in colour.

№ 99 · Questions

Things you’ll want to know.

Will this work on my device?
Yes. It is a hyperlinked PDF sized to the writing surface, and it works on every Goodnotes model. Pick your device above to see it on yours.
What languages are available?
Six: English, Deutsch (German), Español (Spanish), Français (French), Nederlands (Dutch) and 中文 (Chinese). Choose yours with the language selector above and the PDF you receive is written in it. Same file, same price, in every language.
Is it dated?
Yes, fully dated for both 2026 and 2027 and hyperlinked, so you can jump straight to any day, week or month across both years.
Is this a one-time purchase?
One-time. You keep the file. No subscription, no renewals.
When do I get the file?
Right after payment clears. The download appears in your Templacity account, and we email a backup link.
Do I tap the links with the pen or a finger?
A fingertip. Tabs, index rows and page links are followed by tapping them, and on a reMarkable the Marker draws rather than navigates, so a tab tapped with the pen leaves a mark on the page instead of turning it. Tap with a finger and it works every time.
