About this template

Paper Pro Notes is for people who take notes on the reMarkable Paper Pro’s large colour screen and want an index that keeps every subject one tap from the front. You get three notebooks as three PDFs, dots, grid and lines, with a Blue or Blush accent that shows in colour on the Pro. They are undated.

Twelve sets of ten

Each file is 122 pages: a cover, an index and twelve numbered sets of ten writing pages. The index has a tab for each set and every writing page has tabs to its set and back to the index, so any page is two taps away.

Title each set on the index as you start it: a course, a client or a project.

On the Paper Pro

The 11.8-inch screen is 3:4, the same shape as the page, so you get a full-size sheet with the ruling at its intended spacing. Write in any of the Pro’s nine colours, and use the reading light for evening notes. Import with the reMarkable desktop app and tap the tabs with a fingertip. The same files fit the reMarkable 2 and Paper Pure, in grey; the Move has its own.

How many pages does each notebook have?

122: a cover, an index and twelve numbered sets of ten writing pages. Each ruling is its own file, so the three together give you 360 writing pages.

Which reMarkable is it for?

This listing is for the Paper Pro, and the same file also fits the reMarkable 2 and the Paper Pure: all three have a 3:4 screen, so if you change tablets the Notes comes with you. The Paper Pro Move has a narrower 9:16 screen and its own Notes.

Does it show in colour?

Yes, on the Paper Pro. The accent and tabs show in colour on its Canvas Color screen. On a reMarkable 2 or Paper Pure the same file shows in grey.

What happens when a notebook is full?

Duplicate the PDF on the tablet or in the desktop app and start a fresh index. The notebooks are undated, so a new copy never runs out of year.

How do I get it onto my reMarkable?

Download it from your Templacity account, then import the PDF in the reMarkable desktop app with the Import button or by dragging it in. Importing is free, with no Connect subscription, and the file syncs to the tablet once it is paired.

How do I follow the links?

Tap them with a fingertip. On a reMarkable the Marker writes rather than navigates, so a tab touched with the pen leaves a mark instead of turning the page.

Will it show up in my reMarkable's Templates menu?

No. reMarkable does not support custom templates, so it opens as a PDF document, which is also what keeps the tabs and links working.

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes. You pay once and keep the files, with no subscription. They appear in your Templacity account as soon as payment clears, and we email a backup link.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, but if you have any problem with the file itself, email us and we'll make it right.
