Most things people ask about, answered once. If your question isn’t here, write to [email protected] and a real person replies, usually inside a day.

Orders and delivery

Where are my files?
In your account, and they stay there. Sign in at templacity.com/my-account, then click Downloads from the account menu. Everything you have ever bought sits in that list, with no expiry, and you can re-download any time you change device or reformat a drive.
I bought something and Downloads is empty.
Almost always this means the order went through as a guest checkout, so it was never attached to the account you created. The files are safe, they are just not linked yet. Write to [email protected] with the order number, the one with a # in front near the top of your confirmation email, and we will attach it to your account and send you a link to set a password.
No confirmation email arrived.
Check spam first. Either way the files are in your account whether the email arrived or not, so the account route is the reliable one.
Can you email me the files directly?
No, and it is deliberate. Files are delivered through your account library so that the link you have always points at the current version. Raw file links go stale the moment we correct something. If you cannot reach your library, write in and we will fix the access rather than send a file around it.
My planner starts the week on Monday and I want Sunday.
Every dated planner ships in both week shapes and your account decides which one you see. In Downloads, just under the "Your downloads" heading, there is a "Week starts" control with Monday and Sunday. Click Sunday and your whole library swaps to the Sunday-start files, for every year you own. It defaults to Monday. You can flip back any time, and nothing needs buying twice.
I got the wrong cover colour.
Reply to your order email and tell us the one you want. We put it in your account the same day, no charge, and you keep the original too.

Devices and setup

reMarkable.
Save the PDF to your computer first, then move it across with the desktop app, the mobile app, or the USB cable. Do not open it in a browser and transfer it from there. Browsers can hand the device a file that is not a clean PDF, which is what makes an import fail or the hyperlinks stop working.
Boox.
Open the planner in the Boox reader app, NeoReader, and not in the Notes app. Notes flattens a PDF so that you can write on it, and flattening switches every hyperlink off. This one setting is behind most "the links do not work on my Boox" messages.
Kindle Scribe.
Your download includes a Kindle Scribe Installation Guide that walks through the device side. Save the files to your computer first, same as above.
Which size do I need?
Every product page names the device it is built for. If you are between models, templacity.com/e-ink-pdf-sizes/ lists the page sizes we build to. As an example, a Boox Note Air 3 takes the same file as a Note Air 4C, since the only difference between them is colour rather than size.
OneNote on a Mac.
Microsoft has retired the tool that imported a whole notebook in one go, and it is not coming back, so any guide built around it now leads to an error page. Opening the notebook itself still works on a Mac. In your download, ignore the file ending in .onepkg, which is the packaged version a Mac will not take. Beside it is a folder of section files ending in .one. In OneNote, open the File menu, choose Open Section, and pick them one at a time. If Open Section is not in your File menu, your version is older and needs the Backups-folder route, so write in and we will walk you through it.
OneNote in a shared notebook.
Works, and one purchase covers it. Once a template is imported it is ordinary OneNote content, so sharing the notebook from OneDrive shares the template with it, and anything either person adds syncs for the other.

Updates and new versions

Do I pay for updates?
No. The link in your account always points at the current file, so if we correct or improve something you already own, re-downloading from Downloads picks it up at no charge.
How do I know a file changed?
We email the people who bought it. When we found the page-to-page navigation broken in the Boox planners, every buyer got a note and a corrected file, not a silent swap.
Which years do I get?
Dated planners include both 2026 and 2027 in the same purchase. Both sit in your Downloads list.

Licence and business use

What does the standard licence cover?
Every device you personally own, use inside one business you run, unlimited printing, and editing the contents for your own use. Multi-property use, client distribution, paid courses and teams over ten need an extended licence, priced case by case. Reselling the files or uploading them to a marketplace is never allowed. Refunds

Can I get a refund?
Templates are digital files delivered the moment you check out, and a downloaded file cannot be returned, so we do not refund change-of-mind purchases. What we do instead: if anything is genuinely wrong with the file, we fix or replace it, no questions and no time limit. That covers a download that never arrived, a page that will not open, a hyperlink that goes to the wrong place, the wrong device export, and a file that will not load in the app it was built for. Updates are free forever, and the link in your account always points at the current version. Write to [email protected] with your order number and one line on what went wrong. Inside the planner

Can the planner know what today is?
No. A PDF has no clock, so no page in the file can look up the date, and there is nothing to set. Any link that appears to jump to "now" is really a fixed jump to a fixed page. To reach the current week, go through the Month page for the month you are in and tap the week from the calendar there, since those links are dated. After that your tablet reopens the file where you left it, so the current week becomes the page you land on.
Can I move my handwriting from one file into another?
Not automatically. Your writing is not stored inside the PDF. The tablet keeps it as its own layer attached to that specific file, so a different file opens clean. For a few pages, select the writing with the selection tool, copy it, open the other file at the matching page and paste. Expect to nudge it into place if the two layouts differ, for example when moving between a Monday-start and a Sunday-start week.
Do I tap the links with the pen or a finger?
A fingertip. Every tab, index row and page link is followed by tapping it. On a reMarkable the Marker draws rather than navigates, so a tab tapped with the pen leaves a mark on the page and the page does not turn; tap it with a finger and it does. Boox and Kindle Scribe follow links with either.
What is in The Planner?
Six connected sections, Index, Year, Month, Week, Day and Notes, dated for 2026 and 2027 and cross-linked through a tab bar and a central Index hub.
Which planner has a Tasks tab?
The Daybook Planner carries Tasks on every day, in the top bar alongside Schedule, Finance and Journal. The Daily Planner keeps task space inside the daily layout instead, and the Weekly Planner puts tasks beside the days on the spread.
