Every Templacity template ships under the same standard licence. If what you want to do isn’t covered here, write us and we’ll figure it out, usually in a single email.
Standard licence (included)
- Use on all devices you personally own
- Use inside one business you own or run
- Print as many copies as you like
- Edit the template contents for your own use
Buying one as a gift
Each copy you buy is its own licence. Set the quantity to two at checkout and the second one is yours to give away: download the file from your account, send it on, and the person you give it to holds the standard licence above in their own right. It is paying for the second licence that makes this fine rather than the copying, so one copy bought still covers one person.
Extended licence (on request)
- Multi-property hospitality use (2+ short-term rentals)
- Distributing customised versions to clients
- Bundling inside a paid course or membership
- Internal use across a team larger than ten
Extended licences are priced case by case, usually a flat one-time addition on top of the template. Write to [email protected] with a one-line description and we’ll quote.
What’s never allowed
- Reselling the files as your own product
- Uploading them to a free or paid marketplace
- Claiming authorship of the design
- Distributing as part of a “bundle” you didn’t ask us about
