The short version: buy a template, use it for your own life or single business, and don’t resell our files as your own. The long version is below, written without the legalese where we can manage it.
What you’re buying
A digital template, delivered as one or more files. You own your copy. You can print it, sync it to your device, back it up, and keep it forever. Updates to that template are included at no extra cost for as long as the product exists.
What you can do with it
Use it on your own devices. Use it inside one business you own. Print it as many times as you like. Adapt the contents for your own use. Share a single copy with a household member.
What you can’t do with it
Resell the files, in whole or in part, as your own product. Post the files on a template marketplace, Discord drop, or public drive. Use them inside a larger product you sell without an extended licence. Claim authorship of the design.
Extended licence
If you want to distribute a customised version to clients, host the template inside a multi-property hospitality business, or include it in a paid course, that’s an extended licence conversation. Write us — we usually figure it out in one email.

Liability
We do our best to ship templates that work, and we fix things quickly when they don’t. We can’t be responsible for how templates are used in your own workflow — back up anything you put into them the same way you’d back up any other file.
Changes
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in the studio letter before they take effect. This version was published April 2026.
