We keep the personal data we need to sell templates, reply to you, and send the occasional letter. We don’t sell it, we don’t trade it, and we try to collect less of it each year, not more.
What we collect
Your name and email when you buy a template or subscribe to the letter. Billing address through our payment processor (Stripe) so we can issue a receipt. Anonymous analytics about which pages are read — aggregate, not tied to you personally.
Why we collect it
To deliver the files you paid for, to email you if a template is updated, to reply when you write us, and to understand which posts readers actually use. That’s the whole list.
Who else sees it
Stripe handles payment and sees billing details. Our email provider sees your email and the messages we send. Our hosting provider stores the website data. We don’t share your details with anyone else, and we don’t run advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@templacity.com and we’ll handle it inside a week — usually the same day.
Cookies
We use the minimum cookies the site needs to work: cart state, session, and a lightweight analytics cookie. No third-party advertising cookies. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
