Instant download. All three designs, three inks and both week starts, kept in your account.
Three of the 14, from the Editorial design: a month of dinners, the week, recipe cards.
what is in the pack
Every page the kitchen asks for.
The pages hand off to each other: your go-to meals fill the month of dinners, the month fills the week, and the week becomes the grocery list. Page two of every file says how they fit together. Nothing is dated, so a fresh week is one print away.

Meal Planning Pack
true to size
Three papers, three drawings.
Letter, A4 and A5 are different sheets, so every page is laid out for each one, never scaled from a master. Both long edges stay clear, so the pages punch for a three-ring binder, a two- or four-hole A4 binder, an A5 six-ring or a disc system.
- Letter 8.5 × 11 in, the US drawer
- A4 210 × 297 mm, everywhere else
- A5 148 × 210 mm, ring binders and discs
the ink bill
The page you print every week, light on the cartridge.
A meal plan is the printable you reprint most, so these pages are hairlines, text and open space, with an accent only on the small marks. Across the 14 pages, ink covers one to two percent of the sheet, depending on the design.
Share of each sheet covered by ink, averaged over the 14 Letter pages of each design in black ink, measured from the files. Bars run to 10%.
from file to binder
Three steps, every week.

Print what the week needs
Print at 100%, never fit to page. The week and the grocery list every week; the recipe, prep and inventory pages when you need them.
Fridge, binder, freezer door
Pin the week where everyone sees it, file the recipes, keep the freezer list on the freezer. Reprint any page as often as your kitchen needs.
asked, answered
Before you print the first week.
Is it dated?
No. Every page is undated, so it works any week of any year. The weekly pages come in Monday and Sunday starts.
Which paper sizes are included?
Letter, A4 and A5, each laid out for its own sheet, in all three designs. Print whichever your drawer holds.
Can I print pages more than once?
Yes, that is the point of it. Print a fresh week and grocery list every week, as many as your own household uses.
How is it different from the free meal planner?
The free meal planner and grocery checklist are one page each. The pack is the kitchen around them: go-to meals, a month of dinners, prep day, recipes and cards, and pantry, fridge and freezer inventories, all in one design.
