№ 01 · Why this exists
The questions are always the same. The book answers them once.
How does the WiFi work, when is checkout, where is the good coffee. Every guest asks, and every host answers the same messages on repeat. A welcome book puts it all in one place they can actually find.
This one covers the whole job: the house manual and the practical details, a local guide for the neighbourhood, and a before-you-go checklist for departure day. One editable file, eight looks, so it matches the place instead of fighting it.
№ 02 · What’s inside
One book. Everything a guest needs.
Welcome and house manual. The essentials up front: how things work, what to know, who to call.
WiFi and check-in. Network, password, and the arrival steps, clearly laid out.
Local guide. Your recommendations: food, coffee, walks, the things guests miss.
Before you go. A checkout list so departure day runs without a message.
№ 03 · Choose your design
Eight designs. The same sections in each.
Pick the one that matches your place. Every design covers the same ground, from WiFi to checkout; the look and the page count change.

Things you’ll want to know.
What do I need to edit this?
A free Canva account. The file opens as an editable template in the browser; no design software to install.
Is this a welcome book or a guest book?
It is a welcome book: the house manual and guest information book people read on arrival. It has no page for guests to write in, so pair it with a blank guest book if you want messages.
Can I print it, or is it digital only?
Either. Print it for the coffee table, or share it as a PDF for a contactless stay.
Can I use it for VRBO or Booking.com?
Yes. Nothing in it is Airbnb-specific; it works for any short-term or vacation rental.
Can I switch designs later?
The designs cover the same sections, so email us and we will move you to the design you want.
