№ 01 · Co-Parent Tracker

Both homes. One honest spreadsheet.

№ 02 · What’s inside

Six working tabs, already set up.

Open the file and everything’s connected. The totals do the maths, you just live your week.
i.
Dashboard

Who owes whom, totals, and a spending-by-category chart, all automatic.

ii.
Expenses

Log a cost once; it splits 50/50 (or your way) and tallies each parent's share.

iii.
Payments

Record settle-ups and the running balance updates itself. No more "did you ever send that?"

iv.
Custody

Track overnights and see the parenting-time split at a glance.

v.
Communication Log

Date, channel, and what was actually agreed. Flag anything still waiting on a follow-up.

vi.
Settings

Your names, your categories, your split. The whole sheet relabels to fit your family.

Money, settled

See exactly who owes what, without the awkward text.

Type the dance class once. The split and each parent’s share update on their own, and the Dashboard always shows the one number that matters: who owes whom.

Splits adjust if you share costs unevenly
Mark “reimbursed” and it drops off the balance

№ 03 · Why this one

Built for real life, not a feature list.

No logins, no app, no notifications. A quiet sheet that opens only when you need it.

Yours, forever

Bought once, no subscription. Re-download it from your account whenever you need it again.

№ 05 · Questions

Frequently asked.

How do I get the template after buying?
Right after checkout you'll get an email with a link, and it's saved in your account. Two files: a one-page PDF whose button drops your own copy straight into your Google Drive, and the same workbook as an .xlsx for Excel.
Does it work in Excel and on my phone?
Yes, it ships for both Google Sheets and Excel, and works on the phone and tablet apps for each. The layout is tuned so the dashboard and totals stay readable on a small screen.
Is it awkward to share with my co-parent?
You choose: keep it private and share a read-only view, or invite them to edit. It's written in plain, neutral language on purpose, no loaded labels, just the facts of the week.
Is this a legal or court document?
No. It's an organizing tool to help you track shared costs and parenting time. It isn't legal or financial advice and isn't a court document.
What if it isn't right for us?
If something's genuinely wrong with a file, write to us and a real person will fix or replace it, no forms. We don't refund change-of-mind on digital downloads.
