What if I meet weekly instead of monthly?
Twelve 1:1 pages a person is a year of monthly 1:1s or a quarter of weekly ones. The pages are numbered, not dated, so either rhythm fits.
How is it different from the Digital Work Planner?
The Digital Work Planner runs your own days and weeks. This book runs your people: their 1:1s, the feedback you gave and the review it adds up to. They are built to sit side by side.
What languages is it in?
