This time blocking template is built around that gap. The day grid has two columns, the plan and what actually happened, and the weekly audit adds up the difference so next week’s plan is drawn from evidence rather than optimism. Drawn for a tablet you write on with a pen, every page one tap from the next.

Seven modules, one tap apart

01 Week plan. The method starts here, not on Monday morning. Before the week begins you name the three pieces of work that have to move, and everything else is placed around them.

02 Task pool. One page for everything you owe, so it stops living in your head and in six other places. Blocks are drawn from the pool, never invented at the desk.

03 Day grid. Two columns, and the second one is why this book exists. The plan on the left, the day as it really went on the right, block by block.

04 Month spine. The zoom level where the big work is either scheduled or it is not: the month down one side, the deadlines and fixed commitments beside it.

05 Brain dump. For the days when nothing fits because everything is in the way. Empty the head onto one page, then go back to the grid.

06 Shutdown. A short fixed run at the end of the day, in the same order every time, so the day closes instead of trailing into the evening.

07 Time audit. Once a week you add up where the hours went and set it against where you planned them to go. The numbers, not the feeling.

How the book works on a tablet

The index, the module tabs and the page strip are hyperlinks, so you move around the way you would in an app and write the way you would on paper. Every guide page is shown filled in first, as a worked example. Tap tabs and links with a fingertip: on a reMarkable the Marker draws rather than navigates.

It shares a column and a vocabulary with the Eisenhower Matrix Planner: the matrix decides what, this day grid decides when.

What is in the download

210 hyperlinked pages in every file.

Undated, 2026 and 2027 editions, all included in one purchase.

Standard and Paper Pro Move geometries, both included.

Pick your language (English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Chinese) and colourway (Original, Blue, Rose) above.

Built for reMarkable 2, Paper Pro, Paper Pro Move and Paper Pure, Boox, Kindle Scribe, Supernote and any PDF reader that follows links.

A time blocking template for the hours you actually have: a week plan, a task pool, a two-column day grid that records the plan and what really happened, a month spine, a brain dump, a shutdown routine and a weekly time audit. 210 hyperlinked pages, undated and dated, for reMarkable, Boox and Kindle Scribe.

A time blocking template that keeps its shape: week plan, task pool, a two-column day grid, month spine, brain dump, shutdown and a weekly time audit. 210 hyperlinked pages, six languages.
[324

post-11879","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-digital-planners","first","instock","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-variable
["GET
