Each opens in the browser, copies into your own Drive in a single click, and keeps working on a phone. The co-parenting tracker ships as an Excel file as well, for anyone who would rather work offline, and all of them download to Excel from the File menu with the formulas intact.

The range started with three sheets and has grown well past them, but every one still does a job a spreadsheet is genuinely better at than paper: money that arrives and leaves on a schedule, money split between two households, stock, staff hours and projects, and lists long enough that you lose track of them. The first three are still here: hosting income, expenses and Schedule E categories, shared child costs and custody nights, and a reading log with a real dashboard behind it.

Each arrives filled in with sample rows, so the formulas are visible and the dashboard has something to show the first time you open it. Clear the samples, rename the tabs, and what is left is an ordinary spreadsheet you own outright. Every total reads a whole column rather than a fixed block of rows, which is the single reason most free templates quietly stop adding up around row sixty.

There is no subscription and nothing that stops working the day you stop paying attention to it. You will need a Google account, because a copy has to land in a Drive somewhere, and that account is free. If you would rather see how the parts work before you buy anything, the guides below take the same layouts apart formula by formula, and several of them carry a free sheet you can copy on the spot.

<details class="faq">

Do I need Excel or a paid Google account?

No. A free Google account is enough: each sheet copies into your own Drive in one click, and every one downloads to Excel from the File menu with the formulas intact.

</details>
<details class="faq">

Is there a subscription?

No. Each sheet is a one-time purchase, and the copy in your Drive is yours to keep.

</details>
<details class="faq">

Do the sheets work on a phone?

Yes.
